Aircheck ("we," "us") operates aircheckyt.com and its free channel-risk check (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have. Aircheck is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in a few narrow ways:
- Quiz answers. The multiple-choice answers you select when you run the free check. We do not require an account or a channel URL to use the quiz.
- Email address. Only if you voluntarily submit it through the "Notify me" form to receive policy-change alerts, or if you email us directly.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and access times, used only for security and reliability, not for tracking individuals.
- Payment information (Creator and Agency plans only). If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy and security standards.
2. How we use information
- To calculate and show you your risk score and feedback.
- To send policy-change alerts to addresses that opted in (and nothing else, unless you separately ask us something).
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and provide paid-plan features, if you subscribe.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share quiz answers or email addresses with advertisers.
3. AI-generated feedback
Some feedback shown in your results may be generated with the help of an AI model, based on the answers you selected. This is disclosed here for transparency: AI-generated feedback is informational only, may occasionally be imprecise, and is not a substitute for reviewing your channel directly in YouTube Studio or consulting the official policy.
4. Third parties we work with
We use a small number of service providers to run Aircheck, each of which processes data only on our behalf and under its own privacy terms:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and DNS.
- Stripe — payment processing for paid plans.
- An email delivery provider, for sending policy-change alerts to subscribers who opted in.
- An AI model provider, to help generate the personalized feedback described above.
5. Data retention
We keep quiz answers and email addresses only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion at any time — see the Contact section below.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing:
- EEA/UK visitors (GDPR): you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and can withdraw consent (e.g., unsubscribe from alerts) at any time.
- California visitors (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Aircheck does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

7. Children's privacy
Aircheck is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Cookies and tracking
Aircheck's free check does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes (for example, to add analytics), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical measures (including working with security-focused infrastructure providers) to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Aircheck grows. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make that clear on the site.
